Her career was boosted through appearances in ads for the apparel company 'GUESS'. Her debut film was a horror film titled "Turistas'. Her rise to prominence in the second decade of the 1990s. Her first appearance was with GUESS in the latter part of 1990. Halle Berry along with Jessica Biel Jennifer Connelly Jessica Alba and Jessica Alba is the current spokesmodel of Revlon Cosmetics. Garrett has also worked with Double D Ranch as well as CosmoGirl. Garrett models at Vision Model Management L.A. She was the female lead in the music video "Cold" produced composed by Crossfade. The film was a movie of horror Turistas following her debut with three appearances on television episodes including a pilot, and performances on Entourage. Additionally, she was as a character in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer - the sequel of Fantastic Four - as Frankie Raye. She filmed Tron: Legacy with Olivia Wilde, co-star of Turistas' co-star, on the streets of Vancouver British Columbia during the spring of 2009. In the year 2010, Garrett starred again on Season 6 "Remorse" episode and this time, she was joined by Olivia Wilde.
